The above representation is called the “duck-rabbit” because, well look at it and you’ll figure it out …… What something is worth can be a question which can be very complicated and difficult to address, even to yourself. One of the stumbling blocks of assessing the matter is that we equate worth to value, without relating either concept with the possibility of cost.

The meaning of worth and the meaning of the term value can be but are not necessarily the same. The problematic issue can be clarified somewhat with a bit of elementary thinking; does the phrase; “one man’s treasure is another man’s trash”  sound familiar? Well, most of us were exposed to that one in school and it’s pretty much self-explanatory. An idea, a teaching, a feeling, knowledge, belief or a fact are all valuable but are they worth monetarily? It all boils down to this: What anything is worth at any given moment is a matter of personal opinion, taste, and perspective. This is true of all things but the one proverbial exception of nothing, it is always worth nothing and usually valued at the same rate. Warning; nothing although worthless and valueless may turn out to cost more that you’re willing to pay in the long run. On that note, we offer the Bite for tonight as a courtesy of your caring, friendlyonlineneighborhood ThinkerBites;”Remember, nothing is worth nothing but it’s seldom free.” Here at TB we want you to understand; Your life is up to you and “It’s all about the U inside you.”
