Changing Your Subconscious Mind

Subconscious MindSet


You can “train” your body and mind how to feel. It takes time, it takes patience, but making a conscious effort to think positively and optimally will eventually become your “modus operandi”: default state. You will have programmed your brain to naturally and automatically settle into a more positive, progressive state of being, thus significantly improving your quality of life. It must be understood that the brain and the mind are NOT one-in-the-same just because they are both contained in the same package. The conscious brain is the operative instructor of your actions, yet your mind (your subconscious) decides the real accept or reject actions as valid or invalid operating information.

The methods of accomplishing this Mind-Set change are many and varied. More than one thinking habit must be altered consciously in order to reprogram the subconscious mind with any degree of lasting success….from Negative to Positive.  Today is about the what to’s but no worries we will address the how to’s in several Bites over the next few weeks so hang with us. The Bite for tonight is; “If you don’t change your mind-set, you’ll never change your life.” Just remember that your mind-set is really controlled by the subconscious part of your brain and the process of positizing is simple but it is NOT easy, as the old saying goes; no pain, no gain.
